romulgate: to proclaim or make known
As in: Last night, my sister and her husband promulgated to family and friends that their unborn child is a boy. I cannot wait to be the aunt of two boys!
Or as in: I am promulgating to the blogospere that I am officially 8.4 lbs lighter today than I was 2.5 weeks ago. I just may be the Hampton Hills Biggest Loser yet!
